It is produced from the olives of the early season in October while the fruit itself is still “unripe”. Olives with low oil content which reflect the aroma in the best way are collected before falling on the ground and cold pressed right afterwards. Olive oil obtained is rich in antioxidants and a variety of vitamins while it attracts attention with its bitter and dominant taste. You can enjoy it for your breakfast, as an accompaniment to your salads and in your cold and hot dishes.
